– Access to villa common areas only
– No bedroom access at all
– Duration: Up to 10 hours of venue use
– Light setup only (setup and teardown within the 10 hour usage)
– Max pax: 40 pax
Pricing
Day Rate: RM3,500 (base Event Fee)
The day rate package includes:
1. Technician on standby for 4 hours
2. Cleaner on standby during event
3. 4 x portable toilets - Full Event Package
Package Overview
– Full villa access
– Minimum 2-night stay (to accommodate setup and dismantling days)
– Event Fee: RM3,500 per booking
– Max pax: 40 for villa use, 100 for garden setup, 17 pax max for overnight residents
The Full Event Package also includes:
1. Technician on standby for 4 hours on event day
2. Cleaner on standby during event day
3. 4 x portable toilets
Conditions that Require Full Event Package
1. If event requires external vendors setting up/dismantling decor and production (e.g. wedding arches, staging, tents), AV systems, lighting rigs, or large-scale furniture setup
2. If setup starts before event day
3. If dismantling ends after event day
4. If event extends into the evening or night - Event Type Differentiation by Package
